Takeo additive reduction processes released
07/03/06 -- Bionaxe has significantly advanced the the capabilities to manufacture industrial grade nanotechnology of macro-designed consumer products.

Background

The development of rapid prototyping technology available for over 30 years combined with unique and Bionaxe-patented error-reducing reduction algorithms form the basis of the Takeo process. This enables commercially viable industrial manufacture of nanotechnically-enhanced smart matter. As of 2007, this fully-tested process is available for licensing to consumer manufacturers world-wide.

Rapid prototyping is an additive construction process based on 3D printer technologies. Reduction technologies have until now been used on digital products alone. Bionaxe's patent-protected algorithms allow for blue print and model design of scaled replica of an original product. Takeo allows design to function effectively at the macro scale while the final product printed is a nanomachine.

The Takeo process of additive reduction manufacture is a short cut to the design and production of smart materials, of fully-fucntioning nanoscale devices, of nanotechnology. The top-down approach to nanoscale manufacture combines the strength of macro design with the power of nanotechnology.

Bionaxe has issued an invitation to manufacturers world-wide to revisit their product lines and production processes. Further strategic alliances and partnerships will be announced over the following year.
